Please read our terms and conditions below, understand when booking an appointment at ‘Glow BeautyCo’  you are agreeing to ALL of our policies.

Please Note - Prices can be subject to change in a 6-12 month period. You are required to pay the service cost that is currently active.

DEPOSITS -

When booking, a deposit is needed to secure your appointment which will then come off your total at your appointment. Please note - All deposits are strictly NON REFUNDABLE or NON TRANSFERRABLE to future appointments. You will not be reimbursed.
 The remainder of your appointment must be paid in full after your treatment.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS -

Any cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeit your deposit & 30% service fee of your amount owed will be deducted from your card on file.
Any cancellations/rescheduling the day before your appointment or within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit and a 50% service fee of your amount owed will be deducted from your card on file.
Any cancellations/rescheduling under 24 hours or no shows the day of appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit & 80% service fee charged of your amount owed will be deducted from your card on file.

LATENESS -

If you are late that will cut into your appointment time. We may not be able to provide the full-service time as we have other clients. You are given a 10-minute grace period. Anything later result in your appointment being rescheduled, a forfeit of your deposit & 80% service fee.
 Please allow time to arrive on time and notify us if you are running late.

 
SICKNESS -
Please notify if sickness occurs. For all of our safety and hygiene reasons please do not turn up to your appointment sick.
You will be charged accordingly.
